1. The Non-SaaS Agreement

CoreSemantic does not rent software. We license usage of the CoreDynamics OS kernel. Once deployed on your hardware, the instance is yours.

2. No Kill-Switch Guarantee

We purposefully architect our systems without remote "kill-switches". We cannot turn off your agents even if we wanted to.

3. Liability

You are the Supreme Commander of your swarm. CoreSemantic is not liable for the economic or digital actions taken by your autonomous agents.
